Look around you. Take the time to consider exactly where you are at this moment. Breathe deeply and meditate on the fact that God knows you, right now, wherever you are. God is with you at this moment and sees you and knows the desires of your heart.
Take a deep breath and allow God's desires to fill your heart.
Exhale, and let go of your worries and those things to which you have been clinging and which may have gotten in the way of your relationship with God today. Take two more deep breaths.
"Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me, scatters."
John of the Cross placed his total trust in God who was always faithful to him and was the source of John’s fidelity even in the midst of hardship. Invite a few friends to join you for faith-sharing this week – an opportunity to attest to your commitment to God.
Quiet yourself. Open your heart.
Take three deep breaths.
Disconnect and listen.
