Put yourself in a comfortable position. Take several deep breaths.
Repeat to yourself: Do not be afraid.
Each time you exhale let go of those things about which you are worried or afraid.
Offer these worries to God, knowing that God's love is infinite.
Allow yourself to accept God's love and grace in return.
Quiet yourself. Open your heart.
Take three deep breaths.
Disconnect and listen.
