Check in

Be still. As you inhale and exhale, forget the stresses of your day, and focus only on your breath. Hear the sounds that it makes. Feel the air passing through your nostrils, through your lips, over your tongue, and past your teeth. Notice the frequency. Recognize the importance of your breath. Disconnect and listen.
