Check in

Take a moment to truly consider the depth of God's love for you. Breathe deeply and let that love surround you.
Allow God's love to settle within you as you pray:
Love is patient...
Love is kind...
Love is not jealous...
Love is...
Repeat these lines slowly two more times
Breathe deeply and know that God is present wherever love is found.

In his prison cell, Bl. Titus Brandsma encouraged other prisoners to pray for their Nazi captors. As a Lenten practice today, fast from talking negatively or unkindly about those who disagree with you or have hurt you in any way and ask God’s blessings for them.

Quiet yourself. Open your heart.

Take three deep breaths.

Disconnect and listen.

How long would you like to pray for?
