Look around you. Take the time to consider exactly where you are at this moment. Breathe deeply and meditate on the fact that God knows you, right now, wherever you are. God is with you at this moment and sees you and knows the desires of your heart.
Take a deep breath and allow God's desires to fill your heart.
Exhale, and let go of your worries and those things to which you have been clinging and which may have gotten in the way of your relationship with God today. Take two more deep breaths.
You belong to this world, but I do not belong to this world…if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.
St. Elizabeth of the Trinity experienced both the heights of mysticism and the darkness of self-hatred, never losing faith in God, “who loves you today, as … yesterday and will love you tomorrow.” Pray with this same faith today!
Quiet yourself. Open your heart.
Take three deep breaths.
Disconnect and listen.
How long would you like to pray for?
