Lent Processing, a Daily, Multimedia iRetreat with the Carmelites

Process7How often have you begun Lent with the best of intentions to focus yourself spiritually only to give up because you can’t make the time? For most people, it isn’t a lack of will but the absence of a system or process that they can easily tap into that is the problem. Our multimedia Carmelite Lenten iRetreat is a process we’ve designed to make it easy to stay on track spiritually between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday. This online daily Lenten retreat mixes brief (5 minute) audio homilies on Ash Wednesday and the five Sundays after with daily text reflections (2-3 minutes) on all the days in between. Each day we will include a reflection on the Gospel through a Carmelite lens along with a suggestion for some form of Lenten fasting, prayer or almsgiving.

We hope you—and anyone else you think would enjoy this online retreat opportunity—will come back for a few moments of reflection each day and join the Carmelites as we process through Lent.
